Mary Wert has been in real estate since 2013, which means she’s seen a lot—and knows how to handle it with calm, confidence, and a good sense of humor. As a broker and Realtor working in both residential and commercial real estate, she helps clients navigate everything from first time home buyers to dream homes to VA loans with ease. She’s deeply rooted in the community and truly loves helping people find places where their lives can unfold.
When she’s not busy matching people with the right property, Mary is either helping with local fundraising efforts, running the Mint Bar and Grill, or enjoying the outdoors with her beloved furry friends. Friendly, hardworking, and refreshingly real, Mary brings heart, hustle, and a little fun to every deal.
With decades of experience in real estate, Joe Irish brings not only deep industry knowledge but also a whole lot of heart (and humor) to everything he does. As Owner and Broker, Joe has built his career on trust, hard work, and genuine relationships—helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and a smile.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Joe on the basketball court, golf course, watching or talking about sports, or hanging out with his beloved pups. He’s happily married to his wife, Sherry, and is a proud dad to two grown kids. Joe loves a good adventure, whether that’s traveling somewhere new, trying something different, or just finding another excuse to laugh.
Known for being super goofy (in the best way), Joe believes real estate doesn’t have to be stuffy or stressful. His clients appreciate his honesty, experience, and the fact that he makes the process enjoyable while always keeping their best interests front and center.

Anita Songer has lived in this region since 1991, and after marrying her husband, Cal, in 1995, they were able to raise their children in Lewistown. This deep connection to the community is what drives her passion for the local real estate market. Anita brings 20 years of experience to the table, beginning her career as a second-generation realtor at Frontier Realty. Anita had the privilege of working alongside her mother-in-law, Carole Songer, who founded the firm and shared her 30 years of expertise with her. Following Carole’s retirement in 2011, Anita joined Greater Montana Land Company and went on to earn her broker’s license in 2015. Anita truly enjoys walking her clients through every step of the buying and selling process. It is incredibly rewarding to help people close on their dream homes or successfully sell property so they can move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Kylie Cannon is a lifelong resident of the area whose deep roots and ranching upbringing have shaped her strong work ethic and love for the land. Growing up around cattle, horses, and wide-open spaces taught her the value of hard work, integrity, and commitment—principles she brings into every client relationship. An avid fisherman and passionate horse lover, Kylie spends much of her free time outdoors, whether riding, golfing, working on the ranch, or enjoying time on the water. Her genuine appreciation for rural living and local lifestyle gives her a unique perspective when helping clients buy or sell property, especially those seeking land, ranches, or homes with room to breathe.
Larry Phillips was born at what the locals call the old hospital here in Lewistown which is now Fountain Terrace Condo’s. Graduated from Fergus County High School in 1983, GO EAGLES! Did a tour in the US Navy aboard the USS Enterprise and did a couple tours around the world on the first nuclear aircraft carrier. Larry then moved to Flagstaff Arizona working for General tire with a service truck changing semi tire on highway 66, 24 hours a day. Larry later moved back to Montana living in Helena and Billings but his heart was always in Lewistown. Larry worked at an office products store and did all the maintenance on customers copiers, fax machines, cash registers, and phone systems for 16 years. He later went to work for a cooperative in telecommunications and plan to retire from there later this year giving me close to 22 years of service. As you can see his pedigree has been to provide a service to other people, it is what gives him pleasure in life, along with his wife Karen of 35 years and his two children Austin and Jenaye both of which still live in Lewistown and are raising his soon to be 6th grandchild. Larry became a real estate agent in 2016 because he missed the opportunity of working with people, he received his Brokers license in 2022. Larry loves all the challenges that can come up with a transaction and loves making it as smooth as possible. Larry looks forward to helping his next client whoever it may be, whether that is in residential or in commercial transactions.
Sherry Irish is a Montana native, Realtor, and office manager who loves helping people feel at home in the community she’s always called her own. With an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Mesa Community College, she brings strong organization, attention to detail, and a caring approach to everything she does.
Married to broker/owner Joe Irish, Sherry is also the proud parent of two grown children and an active supporter of local nonprofits. Known for her warmth and reliability, she enjoys building lasting relationships and giving back to the Montana communities she serves.
